8.Preview Your Design: We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 1-2 business days since we received your order.

9.Processing & Shipping: Embroider the design on Items within 3-5 business days since we received your Confirmation, then ship it out .

Please double-check your design, design size, and delivery address to make sure you receive your package as soon as possible.

1. How do I use the product preview tool on your website?

After you enter the personalization in the input box, the Preview tool will automatically pop up, and you just need to enter/select your customized information to finish your design. The Preview tool only displays approximate results, please refer to the actual product. We use machine embroidery to make everything.
Attention: Some products cannot be displayed.

2. Is this listing for set of 2?

No, all listings are for one, if you want matching please add to cart twice.

3. I want to purchase more than 1 item, how do I do that without paying for the order separately?

No problem! You can add more than 1 Item to your shopping cart, just add the 1st item that you need, then go back to the listing to finish adding more items.

4. Can I change the design after I place an order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us about the changes before we making the design (within 12 hours).

5. Is it free of charge when I want to change another design?

You will be charged $5-$15 (depend on how complicated of the design) per design as we will start a new one from scratch.

6. I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

7. What size should I order?

Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies are unisex. Please always review the size chart below the size options before ordering.

8. My package is lost

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, we recommend you to check your mailbox, front door, back door and some hidden places, then reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

9. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
