Return & Refund Policy

At Gifts-In, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.

1. Non-Personalized Products

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact support@gifts-in.com with your order number.

2. Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer, or personal preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved customization details, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email support@gifts-in.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not return products without receiving authorization and the correct return address.

4. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders, Gifts-In will cover the necessary return shipping costs when a return is required.

For other eligible returns, return shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated before the return is authorized.

5. Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, or a refund has otherwise been approved, we aim to process the refund within 10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider.
